FAQ + Policies

Contact information should only be used for clients or potential clients who have questions about our services. Bookings are to be done via the booking tab. Consultations can be done after the client has booked.

For questions:



How long will it take for my images to come back? Please allow up to 5 days for your proofs to come back for review. After you have picked the proofs you would like edited, there will be a 5 day turnaround time. Please allow up to 10 days for the entire process to be completed.

If I want more edits outside of my package, can I purchase more? Yes, for $20 per edit.


How will my images be delivered? Through PixieSet or Dropbox for proofs. Your edits will be delivered through email, text, or whichever form of communication the photographer and client has been communicating through/ whichever they may prefer.

Do you travel outside of Greensboro? Yes, travel fees apply. If the client is searching for a studio session, the client is fully responsible for booking it. Please try PeerSpace for your studio booking needs.

What if I need my images back before 10 days? You must pay for a $50 rush fee. The rush fee ensures final images to be delivered between 3-5 days. We do not accept bookings for clients that cannot wait a 3-5 day minimum.

I want my retouched images revised. Can I get that? ALL retouched images/ edits are final. All revisions require $20 per image. We also do not do any body modifications.


  • Please allow a total of 10 days for both edited images and proofs to be returned. If you need them sooner, a rush fee of $50 will apply.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. It is transferrable if you need to reschedule up to 24 hours prior to the session. 

  • All payments for services are non-refundable due to the nature of the services we provide. Once proofs have been delivered and the service has been performed, all payments are non-refundable. 

  • Your deposit goes toward your remaining balance. Final payments are due immediately after the service has been performed

  • We no longer charge for tardiness. However, we allow a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, you must reschedule with a new deposit. If you do make it within the 15 minute grace period, we will not be able to extend your time. This means if we are unable to complete all your looks due to tardiness, the remaining balance is still due for the original service you booked for. 

  • Please schedule all appointments at least 2.5 hours prior to your photography session (makeup, hair, etc.) 

  • By submitting your $100 deposit and by booking one of our services, you agree to our policies.

  • Please book your makeup appointment AT LEAST 2.5 hours in advance to include travel time. Being late because of your makeup appointment inconviences our schedule. There are no promises we will be available to photograph you at a later time. Please plan accordingly, or your appointment may be cancelled without a refund. 

  • All payments made for services are non-refundable after being performed.

  • Your non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking, and your remaining balance is due immediately before or after the service has been performed. Photos will not be delivered until the service is paid in full. Failure to pay on time may result in termination of your photos. Please plan accordingly.

  • Travel fees apply for those outside of Greensboro, NC. Studio fees apply for those not wanting to travel to Greensboro, but are seeking a studio session or location that requires payment.
