FAQ + Policies

Contact information should only be used for clients or potential clients with questions about our services. Bookings are to be done via the booking tab. Consultations can be done after the client has booked.

For questions:

There are restrooms and makeup stations for client(s) to get ready. Please let me know ahead of time if you need/ would like to get ready at the studio, so I can block off additional time to for you.



How long will it take for my images to come back? Please allow up to 5 days for your proofs to be reviewed. Please allow up to 14 days for the entire process to be completed. 

If I want more edits outside of my package, can I purchase more? Yes, for $25 per edit.


How will my images be delivered? Through PixieSet via email.

Do you travel outside of Greensboro? Yes, travel fees apply. If the client is searching for a studio session, the client is fully responsible for booking it. Please try PeerSpace for your studio booking needs.

What if I need my images back before ten days? You must pay a $50-$100 rush fee. The rush fee ensures that final photos are delivered between 3-5 days or 1-3 days. 

What is the minimum time I can book for? We do not charge by time. We charge by the number of outfits/ looks the client would like to accomplish. The time that will populate after you book your session is an estimate. For example: If you book a one-outfit photoshoot, the time will occupy 30 minutes. One outfit takes approximately 30 minutes or less to capture. That time is the maximum time a client can shoot for, but if the client finishes before 30 minutes, that is fine. If the client goes over the time, the client will be charged an additional fee due to studio charges, and the photographer must be late for their next client. Please keep this in mind when changing into outfits.


  • Please allow 14 days for both edited images and proofs to be returned.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. It is transferrable if you need to reschedule up to 24 hours before the session. 

  •  We allow a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, you must reschedule, or complete the session with the remaining time available (you can find the time on your confirmation email).

  • If we can only complete some of your looks due to tardiness, the remaining balance is still due for the original service you booked. 

  • Your card will be charged at the end of the session, so please make sure an updated card is on file.

  • All payments for services are non-refundable due to the nature of our services. Once proofs have been delivered and the service has been performed, all charges are non-refundable. 

  • Any disputed charges will ban you from booking services with us in the future, and you may be subject to court fees.

  • Your deposit goes toward your remaining balance. Final payments are due immediately after the service has been performed.

  • Please schedule all appointments at least 2.5 hours before your photography session (makeup, hair, etc.) 

  • By submitting your $100 deposit and by booking one of our services, you agree to our policies.

  • Please book your makeup appointment at least 2.5 hours in advance to include travel time. Being late because of your makeup appointment inconveniences our schedule. There are no promises that we will be available to photograph you later that day.

  • "Special edits" will result in additional fees starting at $50 such as: Photoshopped balloons, writing, magazine editing, double images (the client shown double in an image), etc. please email us at for questions on what may be considered a "Special Edit"
