FAQ + Policies

Thank you for considering Alexus B Photography to help you make your vision come to life!

There are restrooms and makeup stations for client(s) to get ready, so please feel free to arrive in comfortable clothing with your clothes to change in. 


How long will it take for my images to come back? Please allow up to 5 days for your proofs to be reviewed. Please allow up to 14 days for the entire process to be completed. 

If I want more edits outside of my package, can I purchase more? Absolutely, we charge $25 per additional retouched image.

How will my images be delivered? We use a website called Pixieset to upload and send proofs. You will receive an email with a gallery link of all your photos from Pixieset for you to view, download and favorite. If you choose to select any images for retouching, those will be sent directly to your email. 

Do you travel outside of Greensboro? Yes! When booking for another city, please add-on the travel fee and the address of the location in the "additional information" box. 

What if I need my images expedited? We have two rush fee options. Our first option is at $100 for same day up to 2 days while our other option is $50 with a wait time of 3-5 days instead of the full 2 weeks.

What is the minimum time I can book for? We charge by the number of outfits/ looks the client would like to accomplish. The time that will populate after you book your session is an estimate. For example: If you book a one-outfit photoshoot, the time will occupy 30 minutes. One outfit takes approximately 30 minutes or less to capture, but if the client finishes before 30 minutes, that is fine. If the client may need additional time for any reason, please let us know in the "additional information" text box, so we can make sure you have that extra wiggle room if you need it.  

Please allow 14 days for both retouched images and proofs to be returned. If your time goes over this, please email us immediately. 
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. It is transferrable if you need to reschedule up to 24 hours before the session. 
We allow a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes our session will be rescheduled, or complete the session with the remaining time available (you can find the time on your confirmation email). 
Your card will be charged at the end of the session, so please make sure an updated card is on file.
All payments for services are non-refundable due to the nature of our services. Once proofs have been delivered and the service has been performed, all charges are non-refundable. 
Your deposit goes toward your remaining balance. Final payments are due immediately after the service has been performed.
Please try to schedule all appointments at least 2.5 hours before your photography session, so you can have the calmest and best day possible. (makeup, hair, etc.) 
By submitting your $100 deposit and by booking one of our services, you agree to our policies.
"Special edits" will result in additional fees starting at $50 such as: Photoshopped balloons, writing, magazine editing, double images (the client shown double in an image), etc. please email us at for questions on what may be considered a "Special Edit".
