Deposit Policy

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session and will be applied toward your total.
For services priced at $100 or less, full payment is due at the time of booking.
Need to reschedule? Deposits are transferable with at least 24 hours’ notice.

 

Final Payment

Effective July 6, 2024, all remaining balances must be paid via cash, Cash App, or Apple Pay only.

Studio Details

Our in-studio sessions are captured against a cyc wall. A limited selection of backdrops is available—if you're interested in paper options, please reach out before booking.

We offer colored gels to enhance your look, though please note: black and brown background effects aren’t available on the cyc wall.
However, we do have black and brown paper options available.

Booking at an external venue (like a hotel)? You’re responsible for any necessary approvals or permits.

Getting Ready

​

Our studio offers restrooms and a makeup station. Feel free to arrive comfy and change on-site.
We automatically include a 15-minute buffer for changing—but please note, your session time is scheduled and cannot be extended if extra prep runs long.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

​

What’s the image delivery timeline?
The entire process is a two-week turnaround from the date you select your proofs.
Please note: weekends are not included in that timeline. 

Can I purchase additional edits?
Yes! Additional retouched images are $25 each.

Need a revision?

Revisions are $10 per image unless they are due to an editing error. Please note that requests to change our editing style or to have edits done differently than what is showcased on our page will fall under this revision fee. Our editing style is our art, and that is what you are booking when you choose us. We dedicate a great deal of time and intention into our craft to ensure your images reflect the quality and artistry you expect.

How will my images be delivered?
Through Pixieset, a beautiful online gallery. You’ll receive a private link to view, favorite, and download your images.

Do you travel?
Yes! Just add the travel fee at booking and include your address in the “Additional Information” box.

Rush delivery available?
Yes!

Key Policies

​

• Please allow up to 5 days for delivery of your final retouched images after you have emailed us letting us know you have chosen your images for retouching.

• A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session. It is transferable with 24 hours’ notice.

• We offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, your session may be rescheduled or completed with the remaining time.

• Final payment is due immediately after your session and must be made via cash, Cash App, or Apple Pay.

• All sales are final due to the custom nature of our services.

• Schedule any glam appointments at least 2.5 hours before your session.

• Booking and payment confirm your agreement with these policies.

• Rescheduling within 24 hours or less of your session will result in the remaining balance still being due. In this case, the card on file will be charged the day of your scheduled session.

• Some of our services require a consultation. Please request all consultations via email. If you’d like to share your ideas beforehand, you’re encouraged to do so prior to submitting your deposit so we can align on your vision. Consultations allow us to discuss your goals, answer any questions you may have, and ensure that we are the right fit to bring your vision to life.

Studio Rules

​

To maintain a smooth and respectful studio environment:

• Please limit guests to no more than 2 people unless approved in advance.

• No smoke bombs, fog machines, or champagne popping inside the studio. These can trigger fire alarms and potentially damage studio equipment—which is owned and managed by the studio space, not Alexus B Photography.

• Food and drink are allowed—we just ask that you help us keep the space clean.

• A speaker is available in the studio to help set the vibe—feel free to bring your playlist!

• Basic studio props include: rose petals, various seating options of chairs/ stools, individual roses, and a red bouquet wrapped in black paper—crafted with care by Alexus.

Image Rights & Usage

​

All images are protected under copyright. Alexus B Photography (AMF Management, LLC) retains full rights for marketing and portfolio use.

We do not sell or distribute your images without notice, and always give appropriate credit. If you’d like us to delay sharing your photos until your own release, we’re happy to honor that only for special occasions such as weddings and maternity. Our ability to showcase our work is part of what helps us grow, and we deeply appreciate your support.
